I was a high school dropout and a union ironworker with no industry connections, no family money and no business degree. Nobody handed me a path into real estate. I built one from scratch in one of the most expensive, competitive markets in the country. Today I run an active brokerage, manage a portfolio built on off-market and development deals, and coach agents through the same frameworks I developed by doing the work.
